Busan harbor is an international trade-nexus and prize turf for smuggling. Control of the ports is hotly contested between North and South Korean Jopok, Fukuoka Yakuza, Vladivostok Bratva, and a Shanghai Triad. An uneasy truce could be easily shattered, sending these crime syndicate behemoths into an all out war. Fertile ground for mercs like you. 
Corporate Competition
Cutthroat politics and trade-secret espionage permeate this tech-fattened city, with Ronin International, Hexie, Omnitech, Virtruvian, and the Tri-Nation Union all making power plays for dominance. They're all inclined to give you a chance to sway the odds in their favor. 
 
A COMPLETE CITY SETTING
19 Different Factions. The different criminal, corporate, and political groups that slice up the power-structure of this megacity, as well a faction system to reward alliances and punish animosity. They have their own aims and interrelationships, so pick your contracts wisely!
Non-Player Characters. There are 36 different narrative NPCs, each with their own motivations, descriptions, stat-blocks, affiliations, and area of influence. These are the movers and shakers in the city of Busan, Korea, and there's artwork for almost every one of them! Friends, foes, or rivals, you make the choices. There's also over 30 new general NPC stat-blocks!
Regional Descriptions and Maps. Breakdowns of the major locations in Busan, complete with descriptions of the important people and places.  Over 20 thematic battle maps included in a separate folder, with both GM and player versions for printing and Virtual Tabletop play.
Encounter Tables. Dozens of different random encounters, for both narrative and combat purposes, differentiated by area of the city and level.
 
MERC CONTRACTS
14  Different Merc Contracts. These contracts will take your characters from level 1 to level 8! Each contract is fully described, complete with xp awards, antagonists, traps, and clues. Expect contracts involving assassinations, investigations, body-guarding, and heists! They include 20 different battle maps, most illustrated by the exceptional Miska Fredman.
